Empowering men and women to discover what their bodies need to achieve optimal health and wellness.

It’s important to know everyone is unique. There isn’t a one size fits all plan to “get healthy”.

This means what is needed to achieve optimal health is going to be different depending on the person. I can help you figure out what your body needs to get your goals and to a better place in your journey towards health and wellness by using the foundations of Nutritional Therapy.

You are in the right place if…

  • You have health goals that you’ve been unable to achieve on your own.

  • You've tried ALL the things, and you still aren’t meeting your goals.

  • You have symptoms but you can’t figure out why or where they are coming from.

  • You are willing to change your food and lifestyle choices to get you to your end goals because something you are doing or not doing needs to change.

  • You want some accountability to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

I’m here to support you, celebrate small and big wins, and keep you accountable while you journey towards achieving optimal health.

I’m Monica; Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), FLAG Certified Coach and retired Board Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse. I am passionate about food and lifestyle being medicine in achieving your health and wellness goals.

Being in healthcare for over 25 years, I have learned that real health comes from within ourselves. It is our responsibility to be accountable for our health outcomes. We must educate ourselves and find what works for our unique and complex body versus strictly relying on what works for everyone else. As an NTP, I have learned it is not one size fits all. I want to help people by educating them on how to make better food and lifestyle choices which will balance their foundations of health (nutrient dense diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and blood sugar regulation). And then everything else will fall into place.

  • "I have energy and the body pain is starting to decrease."

Just want to really thank you. I forget what we put in our bodies can really affect our mental health as well as physical! I have been going to the gym and walking daily. I have been eating and taking all my vitamin supplements and wow-I have energy and the body pain is starting to decrease. Also I feel better mentally-I can think clearly and I haven’t cried in days-that was becoming a daily thing. I was starting to fall into a routine of just sleeping a lot and being sad all the time and that’s going away now.
