4-Month Package, 1:1 Guidance

This offer is perfect for someone who has completed the Health and Wellness Session which included the NAQ (nutritional assessment questionnaire), and is ready to dive deeper into balancing the foundations of health by using bioindividual nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that are tailored to their health goals and concerns. 

What’s Included

  • 60-90 minute extensive consultation where we take a full look into your past and current medical history as well as a 3-day food and mood journal, comprehensive intake form, all in conjunction with the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire results which was already completed before our previous call.

  • We will dive into the potential root causes of your issues. Based on the provided information, your health concerns and goals, we will address diet, nutritional deficiencies, sleep hygiene, lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, stress reduction techniques, digestion issues, blood sugar regulation issues, and exercise to help you reach your personal health goals. Any blood work you have had over the last year would be very helpful.

  • We will work together to develop a personalized dietary and lifestyle plan. You will receive recommendations in an easy to follow word document. I will also send relevant educational handouts.

  • We will then make tweaks to that plan over the course of 4 months.

  • Follow up sessions: 1 Monthly zoom (15-30 min) (2nd call is included, but optional!) and email check ins weekly. UNLIMITED email access to me during your journey. 

  • At the end of your journey, you will repeat the NAQ (Nutritional Analysis Questionnaire) and we will be able to see your progress on paper and align it with how you are feeling compared to starting your journey.

Why four months?

Why 4 months? It can take time for you to get into a new rhythm and the first month is generally learning how to implement a new lifestyle. It takes time for the body to heal. There will be ups and downs. Accountability and support of a practitioner can make all the difference. There will be trial and error. Sometimes more time is needed for adjustments to get on the best path. If supplements are recommended, it can also take time to evaluate their efficacy.

I’m Monica; Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), FLAG Certified Coach and retired Board Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse. I am passionate about food and lifestyle being medicine in achieving your health and wellness goals. 

Being in healthcare for over 25 years, I have learned that real health comes from within ourselves. It is our responsibility to be accountable for our health outcomes. We must educate ourselves and find what works for our unique and complex body versus strictly relying on what works for everyone else. As an NTP, I have learned it is not one size fits all. I want to help people by educating them on how to make better food and lifestyle choices which will balance their foundations of health (nutrient dense diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and blood sugar regulation). And then everything else will fall into place.

Credentials & Experience


RN for over 25 years working in a variety of settings but the majority of my career was at the bedside in the acute care hospital setting caring for surgical patients.


Addressed my own health goals with a guided elimination diet learning what food works well for my body and what “health” food actually does not work well for me.


FLAG certified Coach with Dr. Mindy Pelz and Nutritional Therapy certification through the NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association)
