The Health & Wellness Session

This includes the 300 question NAQ (Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire) through an account you will set up through Nutri-Q that will get an invite to do after booking the call. The NAQ is used as a guide to highlight some potential areas to work on towards improving your health and any symptoms you may be having. It is something that can be retaken in the future to evaluate and compare improvement in your reported symptoms and health goals. I will email you a copy of your report to keep for your records for future reference.

I’m Monica; Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), FLAG Certified Coach and retired Board Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse. I am passionate about food and lifestyle being medicine in achieving your health and wellness goals. 

Being in healthcare for over 25 years, I have learned that real health comes from within ourselves. It is our responsibility to be accountable for our health outcomes. We must educate ourselves and find what works for our unique and complex body versus strictly relying on what works for everyone else. As an NTP, I have learned it is not one size fits all. I want to help people by educating them on how to make better food and lifestyle choices which will balance their foundations of health (nutrient dense diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and blood sugar regulation). And then everything else will fall into place.
